Great quality and customer service
I ordered this because I had a lot of Amazon gift cards but it was organic/merino which was exactly what I was looking for. $300+ seemed risky. but I'm glad I have this thing. The packaging was first class, I loved it as soon as I received it. No chemical smell. No stable smell. Very well constructed. I bought this one hoping it would last a lifetime and it looks like it could be. I decided to cover my regular mattress with it until I can afford a latex mattress ;) The reason I decided to write this review was because I just emailed the company to to inquire about wool pillowcases and one of the founders responded immediately with a really helpful email and a special offer as a regular customer. Wow. good company So glad I found her. Luckily this isn't another one night stand/cheating Amazon seller haha.
