True, it will NOT keep your coffee warm, but as my mum says, "coffee is for drinking, not in your hand”; However, it is leak-proof, lightweight, and easy to carry, earning it 5 stars. And with the new lower price, you can't go wrong. I also use it for water and iced tea. In fact, I recently bought another one, but when I want to keep my hot drink hot, I use my larger, stainless steel Contigo.
