Review on Carbon Filter Bandanas Protection Gaiters Girls' Accessories by Luca Washington

Great for holidays but not for the pandemic

So I thought to myself, I really wanted youth leggings with ear loops for back to school during the pandemic where my elementary school student could just wear them around his neck and pull them up and off whenever necessary without risk of losing the mask or placing it on any flat surface in the school. We need ear loops 'cause everything slips off his face. This product had the added bonus of a sewn in filter pocket. My Son: My 7 year old hated it immediately and didn't want to wear it to school all day. The filter pocket is impractical and quite unwieldy for a 7 year old to fiddle with to position it properly in front of his nose and mouth - it's just a more quirky pocket flap sewn on around the edge. It's inconvenient and indecent. As a neck gaiter, it's great for sun protection, protection from snow falling on your neck, dust mask on dirt roads, headband, and general buff. This is just one layer. I cut out an impractical filter bag valve and we'll set it aside for recreational use only: snowmobiling, snowboarding, mountain biking, motocross, and fishing. As a gaiter/neck buff, I would rate this item 5 stars. But I'm giving 4 for the filter pocket, which I think seems like an aftermarket gesture to meet the need for a face mask during a pandemic. For my child, the flap of the filter bag is a waste of time and fabric. It comes with good filters, so that's a nice bonus.
