Very sharp - not very strong

I was looking for a good sharp knife to replace another brand of knife I have but can't find any more. This knife is very sharp! I cut myself with it about 3 times (not really the knife's fault). I like this knife for its sharpness, but it does feel a little "wobbly" or "wobbly" when cutting through something hard like a potato. I do not regret buying this knife, I use it but I will not order it again. I would have preferred a stiffer blade and a small handle so if you have wet hands it can be slippery and needs a more comfortable grip.
