They definitely match Toto rimmed toilets. However, the instructions say nothing about an essential detail. If you find that the rubber parts spin freely when you try to tighten the bolts, you should retighten the seat/bolts. The principle of operation is to rub against the bottom of the toilet (and not on the side walls of the mounting hole). Tightening creates enough friction to tighten the bolt (resulting in further tightening of the rubber parts). Once you learn this trick, you will be fine.
