A few months ago I needed to insert a hose into one of my rear tractors. the rim stood on the axle for 32 years and didn't want to come loose. So I took it apart with screw drives on a tractor. When I put it back I used screwdrivers. I knew then that I would never change the tires on another tractor without the tire spoons. you need the rounded edges and curve on the spoon to put the splint back on without having to work on it for hours.
