Adorable dress! to my rating.
I bought this dress for my stepdaughter; she loves rainbows. This dress is really beautiful with bright colors. She likes rainbow sleeves and a rainbow with a cloud on the chest. Butterflies are sewn on the bottom and look cute. The dress is beautiful and true to size.
