Review on 🌿 Avalon Organics Lavender Nourishing Shampoo, 32oz - Natural and Eco-friendly by Lisa Zulo

I have been using Avalon Shampoo for many years and switched to the 32 oz last year. The first bottle I ordered from Revain was great. Arrived in good condition and the shampoo itself was the same quality as what I've bought in stores. Ordered around last fall (2017). The second bottle ordered this fall arrived damaged. The pump broke and some shampoo leaked into the plastic bag the bottle came in. The shampoo itself is very runny, doesn't lather and doesn't seem to really clean the hair. In fact, it cannot even be used. As far as I know, Avalon hasn't changed their formula, so the only explanation I can think of is that the second bottle I received was diluted with water. Needless to say I won't be ordering this again.
