Serrated edges on ALL knives :(

"The micro-serrated edge never needs sharpening". A line on the product page that I missed that makes all the difference. The price of this one Knives They are Henckels too so the quality of the steel and the balance is amazing too. But that micro-serrated edge is killing me! micro-serrated shop shreds everything. when you need to chop a million pounds of tomatoes The best knives I would recommend to EVERYONE Go to a stone store that sells knives and demo them before buying online. Or if you insist, like me, and blindly buy a whole set of knives, be sure to read ALL the specifications of serrated chef's knives to get by.
