Update: This one arrived sealed. But the same problem as the first. Fully loaded! Then I used it, it will NOT charge like the first one I had! Now I'm stuck with a light that won't charge! So the point is in the product and not in the fact that they sent me the first time used. very disappointed because I really like the light. It works great for getting sharp shots. When you just want to light up a subject and stay in the background in the dark. Unfortunately, the battery doesn't last very long. I have to charge it after each use unless it's been used for less than five minutes. Otherwise I had to replace the first one. It was accidentally sent used.
