There is one big disadvantage! The screws that attach the lenses to the bridge of the nose will loosen and fall out, rendering the glasses 100% unusable. I've attached photos so you can see what I'm talking about. It's not about if it will happen, but when it will happen, in a few days. Some glasses came with loose screws holding the bridge of the nose to the lens. I had to tighten them with a small pair of pliers, but then they loosened again. If you lose a bolt or nut, you can just throw it away. Update: 2 months later 5 out of 7 in the bin.
