I wear women's shoes 10.5. After seeing reviews that the shoes run small I bought a size 11-12 for women and 9.5-10 for men. I could have worn them but they were uncomfortable - too short, pressing against my toes and too tight around the hole. Although they were exactly what I wanted. Like barefoot, but just enough so that your feet don't freeze. I wear them around the house but I can go to the mailbox. There are also a few sizes 12.5-13 for women / 10.5-11.5 for men. They are a little long but they are very comfortable and hold up well. I love her. Just note that I wear 10.5 women's shoes and had to buy 12.5-13 to get them to fit. While they are ideal for the home/yard, if I bought them for water use they probably wouldn't stay in place. I would wear a smaller pair for that.
