I recently took a sushi-making class and needed the right tools to successfully practice in the kitchen at home. I ordered a Lucky Cook 10 inch Sashimi Sushi Knife through research and am very pleased with the quality and performance. It is carefully packaged in the box I keep it in, along with a plastic knife tip protector that protects both the knife blade tip and the chef. In addition, as stated, it is engraved with a unique serial number. I have made sushi for a total of 6 sushi rolls and it cuts the roll exactly according to the sushi chef's usual instructions e.g. B. Keeping the knife clean and slightly damp between cuts. I expect it will work well when cutting veggies and other meats. This is a very good choice in terms of value for money, I recommend it.
