I sew and floss every day. I bought this pack because of the variety of colors and the cheap price. Although the colors are vibrant, this thread is of very poor quality. I had 2 main problems: 1) Some colors were completely resolved. Usually every 6 strands of the same color are twisted together, so if you want to use all 6 strands as 1 strand, you can do that. However, I received 16 colors that were completely unraveled and I could barely use them. 2) Each color of floss appears to have a different gauge/weight of thread. When cross-stitching, I use 3 threads of the same color each - the main thing is consistency of thickness. In my first project with this thread, each color I used was a different height and thickness. It was very noticeable and I had to redo the project because of it. All in all these are a good buy if you don't use them for cross stitching or embroidery. If you are buying for kids to make bracelets/crafts I would definitely recommend this product.
