This extension is super novice friendly. I'm not a hairdress but I love DIY beauty. I put these in after watching a few video's. I cut in two pieces and installed two rows and it took me about an hour. (tri fold mirror is the way to go!) My hair is fairly long but fine so the volume this is added is amazing. For the price, it cannot be beat that's for sure! I do want to try the "i" extenstion from Sunny next though now that I have gotten my feet wet with this. Also the color matched my hair exactly. I don't think it could have been closer unless it is all dyed together. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I wish some of the tools would have come with it so you got exactly what you needed but it worked out bc I bought my daughter some color I extensions and it came with the tools and I just used them with this.Side note, I showed my hairdress my handy work and she thought this product was pretty cool and was impressed with the quality so that made me feel even better!
