took it for a site move to protect our wine collection. When I first opened the package, it was a bit confusing because there were no instructions, just some plastic bags and an air pump. So I went to the reviews section and saw some reviews about using an air ball pump to puncture a bag to inflate it. Tried this and yes it works but very long process to do camera after camera. I have already processed the return as it was too much work and I have already ruined two bags. Before taking it I looked for alternatives and found a video tutorial for a similar product and wondered why this product would be so different. Be amazed that this is not the case. very easy to inflate these things. somewhat counterintuitive. But basically there is an access hole on the right side of the plastic bag (when you put it in front of you like a bottle of wine, the cork is away from you) the air pump. (You just need to quickly spread the bag with your fingers). The arrows point in the direction of the air, not where you are pumping it. Pumps up in seconds without all the pain, cam after cam. hope that helps. Just look for videos of other related products that cost more. I would like this seller to just list where to put the air pump, but it's cheaper. Much luck
