This item WORKS with the new version of auto-filing, this is user error. I've been using the same bin for about a month now (like a trash can and line it with a trash liner), the trash only falls out when it's too full. But it just fits! It's thicker plastic than the ones that came with the tray. Don't listen to the bad reviews, if I had any I would still struggle with a multi litter box that fills up within 1-2 days. Now I don't fight anymore, I empty the bin every few days. I just take it out, take the bag I put it in, put the new bag in, then put it back in. You need to make sure the rim of the bin fits in the little slot it should be in, if it doesn't fit in that slot SO you end up spilling debris outside of the waste disposal. I've also included pictures of myself so you know this is not a fake review!
