The only real YouTube review I saw was Gamer's Nexus saying the pump noise was real. He said he lowered it to 8 volts to make it bearable. This corresponds to 66% in terms of speed. So 2144 rpm. The maximum speed is 3200 rpm. I don't know if that's a concession I'm willing to make if it hurts performance. I don't have much experience with multiple AIOs, but my cheap EVGA pump is almost silent at 2800 rpm. It looks nice and happens to match the Gigabyte Vision card and white RAM I have to build. I mean excellent. The fans appear to be durable and efficient. They make a high-pitched ringing/screeching that can be clearly heard from 18 inches away. This is not a breach of contract terms. Some say this goes away when the voltage control is turned on. Another concession. I also don't have much experience with fans and what to expect from fans that aren't at the highest level.
