Poor build quality.
The metal base plate is attached to the plastic case with three screws. One is basically devoid of a slot for Phillips head screws. The other is disassembled and hanging, just sticking out of the underside of the floor panel. I think it works well for the money. But it would be nice if it was in "perfect" condition when it arrived. I suspect this is another returned item that Revane caught me with. One of many!
