Waste of money

I bought glow in the dark neon yellow thermal transfer vinyl and it DOESN'T WORK. No matter how much I leave the vinyl in the light, it just doesn't glow in the dark. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase, waste of money and ruined shirt. PLEASE DO NOT BUY

There really isn't much on the roll. It's deceiving. It makes be a little too thick.
