I've been using the DEEBOT N79S for three years now and it still works great. I was hesitant to buy a more expensive model but was keen to sweep the floor and make a map as we had just moved to a much larger building. Unfortunately I had to stop at N79S. Like a vacuum cleaner, OZMO cleans floors well, but with one unacceptable limitation: a trash can. It's small and chunky in shape, so it's barely half full and needs to be emptied. I chase him 3-4 times per brush to empty him. If you plan on cleaning it once a day, it's not too bad, but you should definitely keep an eye on it. This guy gets stuck more often than my old N79S and he doesn't warn you through the app. The laser-guided smart navigation leaves a lot to be desired, and the wheelbase gets stuck when trying to climb from hardwood onto a 1/4-inch (7mm) thick bathmat. The mapping function is very efficient and remembers your layout well. , unlike the "dumber" models that will randomly roam your home until the battery dies. The wipe function is just a gimmick. Its water tank is twice the size of a trash can, but it doesn't actually pump enough water to make a wipe with measurable effectiveness. The fact that you have to soak the wipe before each use really cleans the floor, which is a great floor clean for easy cleaning but the tank and pump add nothing. The main issue, navigation and mopping isn't everything, it just means you have to move a few items around before cleaning and wetting the rag. The $500 price doesn't add $300 to my old model. My next purchase will be a model with a self-cleaning bin, most likely the Roomba i6+ or Shark iq, both of which are relatively inexpensive.
