Bought a Razer Pro keyboard last week. It worked well, but it's by no means the best mechanical keyboard I've used. I fully charged the keyboard and used it for 3 days. The battery is dead so I put the keyboard on the couch in my office to charge it so it's out of the way. I tapped the couch keyboard. He fell about 18 inches, or less than half a meter. One of the legs broke. I called Razer and discussed purchasing a replacement part. I have been informed that replacement parts for Razer peripherals are not available to repair or order. The last Razer product my company will buy! Never trust a company that is not responsible for its products.
