Ideal universal remote control. I've had my Harmony One for at least ten years now. Logitech got it absolutely right, but then the magic lost. When one of mine died, I was willing to pay the high price of a collector's item to get one for me and one for my son. One has a perfect ergonomic design, and each key has a unique shape and texture. You can do everything by touch. They've also improved the charging dock so the remote naturally falls into place, which wasn't the case with older designs. I've programmed many different combinations of systems and features and the vast majority work great. With no new models coming close to the One's capabilities, I swallowed hard and spent the money. After some persuasion, Software Central shipped two units. how the back wall got all sticky. But once we remove the slime, everything is fine. To Software Central's credit, the condition was indeed brand new. Except for the box, everything looks like it was packed from the factory.
