Worked great. Until this happened.
Has stopped working no more than 20 times in 6 months of use. I happily used it on my Canon Vixia HF G40 until it stopped working. Clean, for studio use only. Disconnected, reconnected, camera on and off. All combinations of these processes. Clicked the "Pan./Lanc" button. Nothing helped. I've contacted Manfrotto but they don't seem to be responding. I would happily change my rating if I could get the thing. works again. Any advice would be very welcome.
