Although I've been a cheese lover for 39 years, I've gotten this far in my life by never owning a cheese knife set. I decided it was time to correct this oversight and I think I made a good choice. This is a beautiful set. The knives look amazing next to the huge mountain of cheese, my wife insists I couldn't have eaten it all by myself (she was wrong every time). We're not talking about the quality of the relic, but for the price this is an attractive set. I can't tell what the different blade styles are for, but I did find a long, thin knife that was perfect for cleanly slicing through the rather soft gouda. available near me. The other three are a little tricky (I'm sure I'm just slicing the wrong cheese) but I'd say the set is worth it for the thin blade alone.
