Review on HENCKELS Statement Paring Knife: Sleek 3-inch Black/Stainless Steel Blade for Precision Cutting by Alex Maynard

When I ordered a pair of these 3 inch Henckel paring knives I didn't realize there was no index finger guard between the handle and the blade. The back edge of the blade is sharp and I got a small cut on first use. I find it dangerous and two of them come back. The handle is also bulky for the size of the knife. I have little desire to return the knives, but the missing finger guard. I do not recommend this type of knife. love them but they were more expensive and better designed.
