Was looking for a warm cape or poncho to wear post shoulder surgery and beyond. This minimalist style is really warm. It is reversible, double knit instead of two separate layers, low pile, dense but soft. I turned it down for two reasons: 1) it's TOO minimalist - no buttons or pockets - and would need to be held together when one arm is in a sling, and 2) it's extremely bulky and best suited to a tall, slim woman . .
