After unpacking, I couldn't even do those Read the BOM on the side of the box because it was covered with a label. The second problem is that the writing is so small that it is almost impossible to read it without a magnifier reader. The net has indicated that I could collect an airstone, but the two chambers are locked together and when you unlock them there is absolutely no place to place the airstone and no instructions on how to modify it. It says nothing, even the written instructions that came with it were folded up like a chewing gum leaflet, they were so small I couldn't read them, and best of all, I dropped them on the floor and couldn't even find it in the Carpet. Although I was going to put an air stone in there and now that it's on I think it's too loud, noisy and too full of bubbles for my cichlids and I need to order somewhere else to put the air stone. Although the delivery was a day late and I actually spent almost all of today during the Nascar race watching youtube videos trying to figure out how to put it together, there was no customer service for this product and that's me really very upset. thumbs down
