These machines do not work. I've had them for several months now and have never used them. I charge them to green and take them to use but they never turn on. The traffic light turns red again. So I keep playing the same song and dancing and I think it's something different, like a charger or a wall mount, but it's a product. You sold me a broken pair of scissors. I realized this too late to get a refund or replacement. I have long hair so I don't cut it often, maybe once every six months. I think I'd better try the next pair I'm buying now. CM.
