They've been flattened a bit and they still remain but great value. Keep in mind that the silver stripes are also metal. I was annoyed that the inseam on the Sherpa was in the front and not on the side, so I have to remember to turn my glass lenses backwards to avoid scratching them. But in general I am satisfied and have ordered 2 sets; they are very helpful. Oh yeah, and they're not tipping over like I feared. I also have to say that I have large rimmed glasses and they fit well.
