Very satisfied! I have 3 Harleys and only the new touring model came with a USB charger. I was very spoiled for having my iPhone fully charged while riding this bike and was disappointed to see the battery percentage drop while riding the other two. Admittedly, I'm nervous about staying fully charged and I panic when I leave the house with less than 50% charge. They fixed it for a great price. They installed very quickly into my bike's charging plugs and I made it easy/quick to route the wiring, usually from the pad to the phone mounts, and secure it with zip ties (some of which were included, but I think I used a few smaller ones). that I had on hand).
