Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Topfeel Japanese Chef Knife: 7-inch Damascus Kitchen Knife with Ergonomic G10 Handle - Professional Cooking Knife with Gift Box by Karyn Garcia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's a well balanced kitchen tool with a smooth cut

After actually using the product I decided to share this kitchen tool. Well it turned out to be a good edge on my board. My first test of this knife is to cut the ginger and check the cut surface. There are no signs of a haircut, meaning it's sharp. A sharp kitchen knife is a safety knife if you know what I'm talking about. My second review of using this knife: The balance feels really good. You have enough grip in your hand and can apply the contraction force very easily. I had another G10 kitchen knife, just as sharp but not necessarily as well balanced as this one. Basically I like the knife. Yes, "ergonomics" is the right word.

Pros
  • a practical item
Cons
  • so far so good
