Review on 2.4G Slim Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo by J JOYACCESS - Ergonomic Design for Computer, Windows, PC, Laptop, Tablet - Black Grey by Ronald Dimatulac

First of all, I LOVE this keyboard and mouse combo. It's pretty and beautiful to look at. I work in a doctor's office and I'm tired of looking like everyone else with the same black keyboard. Decided to "redesign your table". I went for a lighter color scheme with white flowers and a pink and white mouse. I needed the right key. After purchasing this keyboard and matching mouse, I IMMEDIATELY get compliments from colleagues and patients. (I think this is the start of a trend at work, by the way.) So I had the combo for about a month and then it happened; I dropped the mouse on the floor. The mouse broke immediately. In this particular combination it has a USB receiver. I wasn't sure how to get another mouse (pink) to match the current keyboard. I decided to contact the seller. My query about a possible mouse replacement was quickly answered by one of the reps. The rep demonstrated extremely good customer service, showing immediate understanding and offering to ship a replacement mouse to EA. I received the mouse in a few weeks (shipped from China). The mouse works great now and has never broken. I highly recommend this product, at least in terms of customer service. Thank you Joyce for replacing your mouse and doing your best to do your duty!
