I switched from Feline Fresh (which we loved) to this one to try it and see how it works. The pine smelled stronger because of the pine, this paper tablet has no smell at all until a cat pees in it. Despite this, the odor is not as strong as with pine pellets when cats urinate on them. I have 2 cats, 1 male, 1 female, 2 boxes in the house. Both take advantage of this penalty. There are no problems when switching. I switched from pine pellets to paper pellets because I have a dog that likes to eat pellets that he finds on the ground. It would be better if she ate paper than pine 😉. I used clay putty before. I will never use this dusty mess again. Paper and pine pellets - zero dust in our house!
