These leggings are too cute. I love ruffles and ruffled ankles. My daughter and I were very surprised that it fit her 8 month old baby perfectly. She's really tiny, so most things are pretty big in her "size". We thought we might have to wait until she was a year old before they fit, but for now they fit her perfectly. She fills them up and the length is perfect. Therefore, they fit less than expected for us.
