This item doesn't fit my 2014 SQ5. It seemed normal to assemble, but I remembered the previous reviewer's words about the air gap. The interface on this product is different from the OEM part. Instead of a large O-ring, it has a rubber collar. Of course there was a small air gap between the filter and the air box which presumably could allow unfiltered air to enter the engine. The instructions also say to disconnect the electrical connection of the MAF sensor from the airbox. My car doesn't have such a connection and the photo in the manual also differs from my car. Maybe my car is different from the ones this part was designed for.
