VERY DISAPPOINTED. It didn't work
I really hoped so, judging by the rave reviews. I did as I always did, getting wet and removing as much urine as I could, spraying, spraying, spraying again and again and again for several days. The smell is still there. The persistent odor of urine. I love the smell of the spray and was dying for it to work for us. We live in a very humid climate and the smell is what it should be during the day. Can I get a refund?
