For $20 a solid one trick pony, I have cheaper bottle openers that do the same job better. Openers that don't flex lids can also open, can pull tabs and have working magnets - cheaper. Testing multiple bottles of Sam Adams (no twist-off) required two and sometimes three attempts to fully remove the cap. I varied between slow/steady thrusts and strong/quick thrusts - no tactic worked better than the other. Not impressed at all. I sent the opener back. Two stars because it works. I just wouldn't call it the coolest bottle opener ever. Is always.
