Kamik winter boots are the best. I bought this model for my wife with small feet and my grandchildren. I wear a similar model. We live in the West Catskills on a mountainside. These wool-blend sock boots keep feet warm and dry in all weathers. They remain flexible in sub-zero temperatures, are light and have a good grip. Last winter all of our grandkids came to visit and it was 6 degrees Fahrenheit outside. I plowed our 500 foot driveway and they decided to ride the entire length on a sled. They were out for a total of 6 hours with only a lunch break. They fell off then folded into a tractor trailer and I pulled them back. Of course there were also matching underwear, winter trousers, coats, hats and mittens. The linings are easy to wash and dry quickly. When I took stock last week of who needed the boots or who had outgrown them, I immediately ordered a new pair for my oldest granddaughter and the old ones will be passed on.
