I used this to create a black dry eraser on my upholstered sofa. I used to clean everything I could with water and dish soap. This probably removed 90% of it. After drying, I tried alcohol. The alcohol did not remove the marks left after cleaning with soap and water. So I decided to try this product. It also didn't remove what was left of the marker. I read somewhere in one of the reviews to never use water, but that was after I went on a quest to clean up my leftover marker. Anyway, it was my two year old son who grabbed the marker and started drawing on my couch. Because I have kids who use markers, pens, and crayons where they shouldn't, I will save them and clean up their mess. I bet this material will look great on clothes. I gave it three stars as it arrived on time and had nothing to do with the package when I received it. First, the instructions said that there should be a handkerchief or paper towel under the cloth when you rub it to make it bleed. Of course, this is not possible with sofa cushions.
