I really wanted to like this wok.

Update (in 1 hour): I rewatched the video of this wok and decided to give it another boost. $50+ is a lot to just throw away. Also, there are disclaimers for the nonstick coating, as in my experience it still burns easily and sticks no matter the temperature. Again, I use an electric stove, which I despise because of the lower maximum heat and also because I can't control the heat well. Upgraded this to 3 stars as she had warned. However, still not so happy. I am Chinese. So basically I use the wok a lot. We recently bought a house and were really hoping for a gas range, but didn't want to build our house around it. Unfortunately, we settled on our nemesis: electric, without control, I hope everything works out, flight range. Well I used a cast iron wok I bought in San Francisco's Chinatown and it was fantastic. Easy to season and great to use. Now I had to find an alternative to the cheap non-stick wok my sister gave us, which was definitely workable but not perfect. So after a long search I decided on this one. There weren't that many options and the reviews were good. NEVER BELIEVE REVIEWS. I've grown up figuring this out over the years, but unfortunately sometimes it's your only gauge. Well, in a few months. I hate it. Things burn all the time and I use a good amount of oil. I thought maybe I didn't season it very well, but I've remade it many times and the verdict is: it just isn't good. Also, the grip is very loose and I'm good at hand tightening things. Just ask my wife how hard it is to open a 2 liter bottle of soda after I close it. This wok is NOT cheap either, which makes it even worse. I think it's too late for an exchange or refund so I'll throw it away and keep looking. I am very unhappy and very disappointed.
