I have an early Vaughan electrician's hammer that has been in my bag for 18 years. However, I made a custom change. I sharpened one of the tips of the claws to give more room to drive nail heads onto nails on the crates when the tubs are too close to the crate. A slightly curved claw can hit the nail heads in an arcing motion. Try it. This takes some practice. Also let the framer (nail killer) try to drive 16. He'll have a hard time with an elongated neck. It's pretty funny.
