I tore my legs off!

I use urea cream (40%+) after and in the shower - although I needed a podiatrist first to smooth it all out - this product combination saves me from that previously inevitable trip. I walk about ten miles every day and don't penetrate both big toes well (so cream, this and soap alone will probably do without pronation). It is very noticeable and wonderful that the excess skin has disappeared!
