If you need to take two epipens with you, this is the best backpack for work, making it as thin as possible. My son keeps this with two epipes on the front of his backpack with a zipper identifying that compartment. I also wrote EPIPEN on fabric. This is his backup, the pen can be found by someone else, and if he leaves/loses the one in AnaTota in his pocket with a dangling lanyard. He doesn't fit two in his small bag and at school he has a backpack and the nurse and coach have them too. This quickly wraps around his waist when he realizes he's left his usual at home. BUT he doesn't like wearing it around his waist. But that is the nature of hatred of wearing epipens. Spibelt is a gift from God for those who need it.
