The knife works and feels good!

Just wanted to say that so far this knife has exceeded my expectations. I used to order knives over the internet and they often ordered me. But I love playing with online knives because I found some gems that I use every day now. I work for one of the largest catering companies in San Francisco, so I rent and use my knives all the time. Due to the high volume of work and harsh conditions, I can't stand fancy knives, but like I said, I like gems that do the job just as well as fancy ones. So the Lucky Cooks Sashimi Knife has found a place in my cooking role. The box it came in was pretty darn nice to be honest, the presentation was great too. The knife itself is very sharp and has a good balance. Given the size of the knife, it doesn't feel heavy. I did it once on a wet rock, but I'm doing it with brand new knives. As for cutting, that's a smooth action I'm looking for. It's also a hit with some of the other chefs and line cooks I work with. Who will order.
