They are sharp and cut well.

I gave 5 stars because they get the job done for a small price and they have 4 knives. They are sharp and cut well. I like lids so I can stack them with other things and not have to cut myself digging out. I use them to cut food for my Instant Pot. They cut well on potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, etc. I like these 4" blades over the standard 3 1/5" blades. If you just want to get the job done for less, then they're for you. I'm just a grandpa in the kitchen and if I cut a lot and often I'd like a bigger and more comfortable grip for my big hand.
