VERY BRIGHT on headlight bulbs

VERY BRIGHT AND EASY TO INSTALL THE "LOW BEAM" HIGH BEAM DOESN'T FIT MY CAR SO I WILL CHANGE THE LIGHT RING WITH TOODRIMALL. In general, AND FOR THE PRICE, ONLY THE NEAR BALL IS WORTH IT. YOU WILL HEAR VIBRATION FROM THE FANS. SO IF YOU ANANLY ABOUT SOUNDS AND SUCH. OPPS.RUSS663
