We keep buying New Balance shoes because of the durability and the fact that they come in the large sizes our kid needs for his feet. The only thing we changed are the longer laces, which is a personal choice. The new 54 inch laces allow our kid to double knot his laces at will. He also decided to change the color of the laces to white instead of the black that came with the shoes.
