There are many of my recipes that I use protein powder in. I chose this one because there are many others out there that have a lot of additives and I just wanted to get protein without all the other stuff. I didn't notice a really strong egg taste like some other protein powders or lime residue. I don't eat it alone either. So what could be the slight egg taste if for some reason you decide to eat it alone? Maybe meringue? i dunno lol I always mix it up with things and it turns out great! Love that it's just egg white and nothing else! Pros: Mixes well with liquid and dries. No strong egg taste / very light scrambled eggs. Great protein boost! Not lime. Great for recipes. then I would personally refrigerate it) It dissolves completely and adds no texture or graininess. No fillers, chemicals - silicon dioxide or artificial flavors. Cons: I have no problem with it other than maybe offering it in a larger size? lol i recommend this product and i will buy it again!
