I bought this for my 2 year old son. He loves cows so we thought he'd love this rockin' twist. I was happy to find something at a reasonable price. My son loves it so he gets 3 stars but if I were just considering the product itself I would probably give it 2 stars. The package came quickly but the box was badly damaged by the screws on the ends of the cow. Legs. The product was not padded at all in the thin box so it shifted a lot during transport and damaged the container - the real cow and swinging legs were not damaged at all but it would have been difficult to return the product if I had wanted to. As another reviewer mentioned, our cow came with a pink udder on the bottom. This does not affect the work in any way, but this function is not visible in the picture. You have to attach the cow to the swinging part yourself, but it's not very difficult. The bolts are permanently attached to the cow and all holes are pre-drilled in the rocker arm. You also have to turn the knobs. Again not difficult but as soon as I put them on I noticed that one of the handles was about 3/4 inch longer than the other. It's not really a big deal, but it's a sign of overall quality. My little man likes to swing on it, but the angle of the leg swing is such that he can easily flip the cow over if he moves too hard. He landed on his head several times after somersaulting with a cow. Luckily it didn't hurt itself, but if yours is as effusive as mine, that might be a problem. Two days after we received the cow and started using it, the stitching on the back came undone about an inch exposing the filling. I was able to tuck it back in using an upholstery needle and strong thread, but if the hole were bigger I would have issues as the fabric is quite thick and not the highest quality. If my son didn't like it that much I would probably return it due to the mediocre quality, but it's cute, it was relatively cheap and it works as it should. Also, the box was too badly damaged to use for a return and I was too lazy to try to find another suitable shipping container.
